Name: Anita Khatun
Gender: Female
Date of Birth: January 1, 1998
Aspiration: I like teaching. I have been already informed that it is the
noblest profession. Teachers are respected by all. A teacher can make the bad
people good. The misled people may come to the right ways from the direction of
a teacher. So, I wholeheartedly want to be a teacher. It’s my determination that
if The God be with me I can reach my destination.
Obstacles: I belong to a poor family. My father can’t bear my educational
expenses. Besides, he is physically ill and he can’t do much work to earn more.
Again, my study gets hampered because we don’t have electricity. He is unable to
pay the electric bill. Moreover, I need money for the purpose of traveling to
school. So, please help me. I am highly grateful to the generous persons of
Mukti-Mancha Foundation. |

Name: Chumki Khatun
Gender: Female
Birth Date: February 2, 1999
Aspiration: I like teaching most. I think there is no other profession in
the world as noble as teaching. Teachers are the architect of a nation and no
other thing is as important as wisdom. A man without wisdom is nothing but a
beast. The bestial aspect of life is always prevailing in him. He can commit
various kinds of crimes and evil-doings. Only wisdom and it’s use can change a
sub human into a complete being.
Obstacles: I was born into a poor family. My father is not able to
maintain our family. Moreover, our educational expenses are like an extra burden
to him. Electricity is off in our home. Father can’t pay the bill. In short, I
am passing my days in difficult troubles. So, if you have any sympathy for me,
please help me. Then I may be able to become an asset to our country. My
heartfelt thanks to all of you. |

Name: Alamin Islam
Gender: Male
Birth Date: May 3, 1999
Aspiration: I wholeheartedly want to be a physician. For I can’t bear the
premature deaths because of the lack of care by the doctors of our country that
could easily be avoided. They are highly money- oriented. They hardly think of
the good of the patients. As a result, a good number of patients die in our
country. If they had been devoted to their profession, these unexpected deaths
would not perhaps have happened. So, I have to be a doctor unlike them with all
my strength.
Obstacles: But it is a matter of great sorrow that we are poor. My father
is unable to bear my educational expenses. Our family is not well run by him.
Our education expenses are like fuel to fire. Sometimes, he suggests us to give
up my studies because of poverty. I often feel anxious for it. Right now, I am
indecisive about whether I should go on studying or not. It’s my determination
that if God and you be with us, I can reach my destination. I am highly grateful
to the generous persons of Mukti-Mancha and to you. |

Name: Milon Islam
Gender: Male
(date of birth missing)
Aspiration: I want to be a qualified and perfect man in my life. After
having completed my education, I have to become established. Then I must serve
the poor of our motherland. Because the ‘wearer knows where the shoe pinches.” I
assert with gratefulness that ‘Mukti-Mancha Foundation’ helps us go ahead in our
study. If this Foundation had not been established, our educational advancement
would have stopped. So, I am highly grateful to all the persons involved with
it.
Obstacles: I am a poor boy of a poor family. My father is the only member
in our family earning money. The little amount of money earned by him is not
enough to run our family well. So, we always need many things. He earns little
and I am compelled to seek help from you. Please be sympathetic to me. I am
thankful to God for you. |

Name: Hossain Ali
Gender: Male
Birth Date: October 10, 1995
Aspiration: B.S.C. Engineer
Obstacles: My main obstacle of study is poverty. I think poverty is the
root-cause of committing various evildoings in the society. If there had been no
poverty in the world, our world may have become a utopia. I very often feel
tensed and disappointed because of poverty. My father does not want to bear my
educational support because this is out of his capability. So, kindly help me
achieve my dream. |

Name: Tahmina Ahkter Asa
Gender: Female
Birth Date: February 12, 1999
Aspiration: I wholeheartedly want to be a physician. I can’t bear the
premature deaths because of the lack of care by the doctors of our country which
can easily be avoided.
Obstacles: I belong to a poor family. Though `Mukti-Mancha Foundation’ is
helping us at present, it is a matter of anxiety how far I can go on with my
study. Getting help from this Foundation, I am still continuing my study.
Otherwise it by this time would have stopped. It seems to me that this is the
age of the rich. Everything is tested only by them. Despite being the age of
globalization, the poor can’t get anywhere. If you continue your kind help, I
will get better results in future and I will be able to reach my destination to
serve the poor. Thanks a lot to you.

Name: Mubin Hasan Suvo
Gender: Male
Birth Date: December 9, 1995
Aspiration: Accountant at a Bank
Obstacles: I need money for the purpose of my studies. Money is merely
working as a hindrance. If my father could earn enough money, I would never have
begged you for money because I know well that it doesn't look good to ask money
for one's self interest. So, I will be highly grateful if you provide money to
build up my career. So I ask that you help me as far as possible. |

Name: Toriqul Islam
Gender: Male
Date of birth: August 16, 1999
Aspiration: I want to be a physician because I would be able to help the
needy people in my village.
Obstacles: We are very poor people. But the situation has gotten worse
after a road accident where my father was injured. Now he is in bed with a
broken leg. My study is going to be stopped. My dream of being a doctor may have
been shattered. We have no power in the house because my family is not able to
pay monthly electric bill. My joys will be great if I can continue my education
and I will be grateful to you. Thanks a lot to you. |

Name: Kalpona Khatun
Gender: Female
Birth Date: November 11, 1993
Aspiration: Government Employee
Obstacles: Sometimes frustrations come in my mind and thoughts. Now, it is
whether I should continue my study or not. We are poor. It is my own view that
there is no room for the poor in the world. It is like the poor are born to
suffer. I need enough money to fulfill my aspiration. Again I feel ashamed for
asking money even from my father. So, take necessary steps for advancing my
study. |
